Wednesday Night Bible Study
On Wednesday evenings at 6 p.m., Pastor Will Shelton leads a study in Ensminger Hall. The topic for the study changes each semester. The group has concluded its study for Spring and will begin again in the Fall.
Children & Jr. Youth
Our Children’s Ministry offers children ages three through third grade and Jr. Youth (fourth and fifth grades) opportunities to learn more about Christ through Bible studies and children’s choir throughout the school year on Wednesdays from 6 until 7 p.m.
Youth Bible Studies
Youth Bible studies take place Wednesdays at 6 p.m. for both middle school and high school students. The groups occasionally meet separately to complete age appropriate studies. Youth also meet Sunday nights at 6 p.m. for snack supper, devotionals and activities.
College Women’s Bible Study
The College Women’s Bible Study meets at the home of Harrison and Shawna Hart Wednesdays at 6 p.m. throughout the fall and spring semesters, with the exception of the first Wednesday of the month, when college women and men meet for College & Career Fellowship.
Join our Senior Adults group the second and fourth Mondays of every month at 6 p.m. for a potluck meal and program in Ensminger Hall. This is a great time to fellowship with other “Empty Nesters” of our congregation.
Chancel, Cornerstone & Handbell Choirs
All who are interested in singing or playing handbells are invited to join the ensembles of Keith Church. Handbell Choir rehearses at 6 p.m. and Chancel Choir rehearses at 7 p.m., both on Wednesday evenings. The Cornerstone Choir, which sings in the 8:30 a.m. service, rehearses Sunday mornings.
College & Career Fellowship
College men and women are invited to College & Career Fellowship at the home of Harrison and Shawna Hart the first Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. The Hart’s also host a college women’s Bible study in their home all other Wednesdays throughout the school year.
Our Grief Group is a support group for anyone who is seeking help and healing from the loss of a loved one. This group is led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help. The group meets once a month in the Conference Room. Check the church calendar for specific dates.
United Methodist Men
The UMM meet the second Saturday of each month for their ministry meeting and breakfast in the Activity Center and Wednesdays at 7 p.m. in the Parlor for a Men’s Prayer Group. They also meet for breakfast at 8 a.m. the fourth Tuesday of each month at Shoney’s in Athens. The group hosts additional events such as blood drives and Keith Coffee & Cars throughout the year.
United Methodist Women
