At Keith Children’s Academy our purpose is to provide children with the opportunity for their own social, emotional, spiritual and developmental growth with a planned program in a nurturing, Christian environment. It is the intent and purpose of the entire staff to foster and appreciate each individual child’s natural curiosity, creativity and ability.

Preschool Program
KCA offers preschool classes for children ages three and four. Classes are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., September through May. The cost for both age groups is $160 per month, per student. A sibling discount is offered.
Both the indoor and outdoor environments provide many and varied opportunities for each student’s optimal growth and development. These opportunities include, but are not limited to, music and movement; arts and crafts; cooking and nutrition; health and safety; natural science; language experience; stories and storytelling; block building; dramatic play; housekeeping; readiness skills; and large and small muscle development. Class sizes are small and support the best possible learning environment. The preschool’s schedule allows for a flexible balance of these activities. KCA follows the same calendar as the Athens City School System.
Parents’ Day Out
The KCA Parents’ Day Out (PDO) program is offered each Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The monthly cost is $130 for both days and $65 for one day/week. Our summer program is available in June and July. The fall program begins in September and runs through May.
